This Agreement
This Referral Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Millennial Wealth, existing under the laws of the State of California, with a principal place of business located at 1968 S. Coast Hwy #1724, Laguna Beach, CA 92651 (“Company”), and all students referring any products, (“Referrals”). Both Company and a Student Referring a product are referred to collectively herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which Students may market, promote, and refer products or services on behalf of Company and earn commissions on those referrals.
Commissions
1. Rate: A student will earn a commission equal to $5.00 for referring The Homebuyer Launchpad or The Investor Launchpad to a new student who completes the course. Referrals must come through via Student's unique referral link.
2. Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid to the Referring Student within 72 hours.
3. Payment Method: Commissions will be paid via Venmo and Paypal. Students are given a choice of either option each time a commission is earned.
Restrictions
1. Paid Advertisements: Referring Student is expressly prohibited from using any form of paid advertisements to promote their unique referral link. Violation of this term may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
2. Geographical Location: Referring student and new student must both be a U.S. resident.
Term and Termination
1. Term: This Agreement will begin on the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either Party.
2. Termination: Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other Party.
Miscellaneous
1. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written, between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
